The first level of the beach house includes a master suite and two other bedrooms 

to be used by the homeowners' children and grandchildren.  

Additionally, a spacious living area and two beach front outdoor living spaces are provided.

The upper level of the beach house entertains the best views and therefore houses 

the main living space as well as the homeowners' master suite.

Larger, more luxurious outdoor living spaces are provided on the upper level.
